girls camp!

this was my first year of girls camp and i had a great time! i thought it was way fun! it was stake camp and i loved to be able to see all my other friends from other wards! we went to heber valley camp! and it was super fun!

we had to wake up at 5 (stinking early i must say) in the morning to leave to get up to camp! boy was i tired!

the bus ride was about an hour to get up there! me and joie got quite bored on the bus so we took a lot of crazy pictures!

our cabin was very nice! i am way lucky that we did not have to sleep in tents like the boys have to!

there were bunk-beds around the whole border of the cabin! it was a bit cozy i must say!

since my dad is in the bishopric him and my mom got to come up for testimony meeting! it was fun to have them there for a night!

HOORAY! while i was at camp my cousin had her baby...graham! he is adorable...well adorable is more a girl word...he is very handsome!

we stayed up way late! we got kinda crazy!

we made tons of bracelets! i finally figured out how to make them! hip hip hooray!

we went on lots of hikes! lots of up hill....uggg! very tiring! but fun! my feet got pretty sore! one day we got to go canoeing! i was very scared because the day before 3 leaders fell in the ice cold lake! but HOORAY i made it out safe! but 3 girls from my ward fell in...OOPS! and uh oh there were leeches! luckily none of them got leeches!

and thank goodness to this fabulous heater! without it...wow! it would have been freezing in the cabins!

one of the days we did a challenge course! it was so cool! and my favorite part of all...the zipline! we had to climb up this very tall wooden thing then walk across a skinny rope! then finally zipline down! it was amazingly fun!

i am so glad i got to go to girls camp! i had a blast!
