day 5!

THURSDAY

puerto vallarta!!

we woke up and had breakfast! we had a pretty fun waiter who was dancing with us and i dont know what else...

this is the ship..where all the fun happened 

and this is the car we drove in to get to a really fun place...puerto vallarta!

life in mexico is waaaaay super different than the united states! i am very lucky to live in utah :) i LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. traveling there but it would be tough to live there!

we went and saw cool sand sculptures. this is what some men did for a living :)

these dudes covered in sand...were just a bit creepy :)

mexico is soo pretty :) i just LOVE it!!

then we got back in the car and drove a ways to go...

SHOPPING!!!

hahahah :)

mexico has some amazing shopping..but one thing that i cant stand is how they are such salesmens. "almost free"..."buy from me"...."you will love it"
other than that..i have no complaints!! :)

done with shopping and to the beach...

almost everyone got to go paragliding.
i couldnt go because of my hand...wahh sad day!! :(
but theres always next time and it was great fun watching them!!! :)

instead i got a cute braid wrap in my hair :)

now this shows some true talent...balancing donuts on your head :)

then we ate...YUM!!!

we saw a cute parrot...

we got to watch our waiter make our salsa and guacamole right in front of us...

there was some nice music...

and great company!!

then we returned to the van

and went to this beach!!
one word-
BEAUTIFUL!!

WELLLL....me joie and mckayla tried to do some more jumping pictures. mckayla + joie = great success!!
tayla = FAIL. hahah this was great entertainment for us...and probably great entertainment for anyone else who was watching! doing this i learned a few things about myself..1. i cant jump that high. take that back i can hardly jump more than 2 inches off the ground. 2. i am a spaz :) 3. i need to work on jumping :) 4. i believe that reason i cant jump is because i just recovered from my broken foot..not. :)
a few things i learned about mckayla and joie...1. GREAT JUMPERS. 2. REALLY GREAT JUMPERS!!! :) 3. will you teach me how to jump higher in the sand...?

the family :)...which i LOVE!!

after dinner some of us got off the ship to run to walmart to get a few groceries :)
oh my heck..it was FREAKY!
1. it was about 1 mile away from the ship
2. crazzzzzy drivers.
3. we had a short time to get there and back without missing the ship
4. were in mexico..this is creepy!
and i tell you what...RUN is exactly what we did!! i got a pretty good workout :) hahah

luckily we made it just in time before they closed up the ship :)

we got back on the ship :) waved goodbye to puerto vallarta then rode some elevators and ate some ice cream!! :)
